2. 8,637/12,087 ideal parts of land plot with ID No. 07598.112.20 and of the 21 holiday buildings built on it, completed at the stage of rough construction

The real estate for sale, constituting LAND PROPERTY with identifier 07598.112.20 (zero, seven thousand five hundred and ninety-eight, point, one hundred and twelve, point, twenty) according to the KKKR of the city of Byala, approved by Order RD-18-47/18.08.2006 of the Executive Director of AK, the last amendment affecting the land property is dated 26.07.2021, which property is located in the town of Byala, Byala municipality, Varna district, p.c. 9101, in the recreation area "LUNA", the whole with an area according to the sketch of SGKK - 12196 square meters (twelve thousand one hundred ninety-six square meters), together with the 21 BUILDINGS built in it with identifiers 07598.112.20.8 - 07598.112. 20.28 incl., are in co-ownership between PNI and a commercial company, which is in open bankruptcy proceedings, with PNI legitimizing itself as the owner of 8,637/12,087 common parts of the Land with identifier No. 07598.112.20 and of the 21 built on it holiday buildings completed in rough construction stage.
