1. Asset for sale

1.1. Residential buildings on rough construction stage with built-up area of approx. 22,000 m2, together with the adjacent plot of land with size of 21,381 m2, located in Sofia, Botanical garden area near the Ring road with panoramic views to Vitosha mountain and the city. The asset comprises of 3 groups of buildings with total of 11 sections. Each building comprises of two underground levels which entail the underground parking spaces together with storage areas and substations, ground floor and three above ground floors consisting of residential and storage areas.  

  • Residential compound frozen at stage of rough construction (Act 14) and built-up area of approx. 22,000 m2
  • RLP with ID 68134.1970.2163 with area of 21,381 m2

2. Terms of sale

2.1. The indicative asking price for the assets is EUR 6,500,000.00, VAT excl.

2.2. A deposit in the amount of EUR 20,000.00 shall be paid prior to the deadline for submitting offers

2.3. The deadline for submitting offers is extended until Wednesday 25th of November 2020, 17:00h

Offers should be submitted in a sealed non-transparent envelope to the following address - 3A Moskovska str., 5th floor, Sofia, Resolute Asset Management (Bulgaria) EOOD. Open offers will be disregarded. 

2.4. Opening of the offer letters will take place on Friday 27th of November 2020, 11:00 h. at 3A Moskovska str, 5th floor, Sofia
